The program is designed to provide comprehensive training in Electronic Health Records. The students will learn how to work with Electronic Health Records and different components of this new technology including scheduling, billing, and medical charts. Students will learn about population care and health care system. Students will learn about the application of technologies in the medical practices.
Completers will be qualified for entry-level positions as Health information Technology specialists. Graduates can work in medical offices and health care centers, hospitals and companies that produce and maintain electronic medical records.
